Gentle jog or speedy sprint. Healthy hike or taxing triathlon. Short term project or organisational restructure. If there's a finish line to what's exercising your energy, skills and time, a large part of making sure you get there relies on setting and sticking to the right PACE all the way to the finish line. PACE is an acronym for the four pillars that we need to cement as the foundation for achieving progress on our goals. Those pillars are the answer to this question: "What do we need to Preserve, Accept, Create and Eliminate to give us the best chance of completing this goal, project or process."
The first element of the PACEsetting Program is to teach you the best process to set goals which are meaningful, specific and actionable.
It then explores thirteen often misunderstood limiting beliefs that are most commonly known to halt progress, sometimes before we even start.
Unpacking each PACE element in detail, we use individual and group exercises to see how to address each element in detail. Learners set a meaningful goal, make plans to overcome potentially limiting thinking and then apply the PACE principles LevelUp the conditions for achieving the goal. Finally, to keep things on the pace we deliver a proven system for keeping the project on track and each other accountable.
With lots of interaction and engaging exercises, PACEsetting is the kind of program that lifts desire for progress to an expectation of it.

Before we ever set out to chase a goal, design and execute a project or maybe make some team changes, the critical first step is to identify, chronicle and lock down those things which already work well and are important for future progress.

In every project and environment, there are the (sometimes perceived) negative or just fixed elements that you can't change. Unless you come to terms and make peace with them, they will be distracting hindrances to the task at hand.

Once you're satisfied you've preserved the important and accepted the unchangeable, it's time to get busy on the positive elements that you want to invent or introduce in the future. Creativity is where everyone gets to have fun.

Once bot your project it's tempting to jump in and make it happen. Without eliminating the elements and conflicts which will hold you back, life will be spent quenching breakout fires, instead lighting the ones that give energy to your project.
